- 2 cups of jasmine rice
- 2 chicken thighs, cut into small pieces

- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cups of water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Rinse the rice in a bowl until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Chinese cooking wine. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat the Happy Call Claypot on medium heat. Add sesame oil and garlic. Stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken and Chinese sausages. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the chicken is browned.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.

- Add 2 cups of water and stir well.
