Method

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a ball. 6. Flatten each ball into a small disc using a rolling pin. 7. Place a spoonful of the coconut filling in the center of the disc. 8. Fold the edges of the disc over the filling and pinch the edges to seal it. 9.
