- Place your desired filling onto the rice roll and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining rice rolls.
- Steam the rice rolls in a steamer basket for 3-5 minutes or until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and serve with soy sauce or hoisin sauce.
