- 1 pound steak, sliced thinly

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
- Add the sliced steak to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the steak is browned on all sides. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
- Add the butter to the pan and swirl to melt. Add the onions, carrots, and zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

- Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the rice is heated through.
- Return the cooked steak to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until the steak is heated through.
- Add the soy sauce to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until the soy sauce is evenly distributed throughout the dish.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve.
Notes
This dish can easily be customized to your liking. You can add or substitute vegetables based on what you have on hand. You can also use chicken, shrimp, or tofu instead of steak.
