- 8 cups of turkey or chicken broth
- 2 cups of cooked turkey, shredded

Method
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function.
- Add olive oil to the pot and heat it up.

- Add broth, turkey, rice, and bay leaf, and stir well.
- Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to the sealing position.
- Select the manual button and set the timer for 15 minutes.
- Once the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
- Release any remaining pressure and open the lid.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
