Ingredients

For the rice:

Method

For the rice:

1. Wash the rice in several changes of water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. 2. Notes

  • If you can't find pandan leaves, you can substitute with a few drops of pandan extract or omit it altogether.
