  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned

Method

In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat. 8. Dredge the chicken in the cornstarch, shaking off any excess. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. 9. In a separate frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, carrot, and green beans. Sprinkle with salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until tender. 10. To serve, divide the rice among four bowls. Top with the braised pork, fried chicken, and sautéed vegetables. Ladle the curry sauce over the top.
