- 2 cups of Paotsin's Hainanese Rice Mix
- 3 cups of water
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced

- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Green onions, chopped (optional)

Method
- In a large pot, add 2 cups of Paotsin's Hainanese Rice Mix and 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 18-20 minutes until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
- While the rice is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion and cook until fragrant and softened, about 2-3 minutes.
