Method

  1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.

  6. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt, and mix well.
  7. Add soaked and drained rice to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
  9. Lower the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
