Method
- Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.

- Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt, and mix well.
- Add soaked and drained rice to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- Lower the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
