Ingredients

Method

1. In a food processor or blender, combine the green tea leaves, roasted peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, basil leaves, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, garlic, and ginger. Pulse until finely ground. 2. Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl. 3. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and white pepper to the bowl. Mix well. 4. Boil 5 cups of water in a cooking pot. 5. Add the tea mixture to the pot and boil for 15 minutes. 6. Strain the tea soup into a separate bowl and discard the solids. 7. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked rice, boiled edamame, sliced carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, radish, and cubed tofu. 8. Pour the tea soup over the rice bowl. 9. Top with roasted peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. 10. Serve hot.
