- 1 cup glutinous rice flour

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 cups water

Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour with 1/2 cup of water to make a dough. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into small balls, around 1 inch in diameter.
- In another mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar until well mixed. Shape the mixture into small balls, around 1/2 inch in diameter.
- Flatten a glutinous rice ball in your hand, and place a peanut ball in the center. Fold the edges of the rice ball around the peanut ball to completely cover it. Repeat with the remaining rice and peanut balls.
- Boil 6 cups of water in a saucepan. Add the rice balls to the boiling water and stir gently to prevent sticking.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the rice balls for 20 minutes, or until they float to the surface of the water.
- In a separate saucepan, bring 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of sugar to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the roasted peanuts and 6 cups of water to the sugar syrup. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the peanut soup through a sieve to remove any solids.
- To serve, ladle the peanut soup into bowls and add several rice balls to each bowl.
