Recipe Tips

When cutting out the heart-shaped treats, use a cookie cutter that is slightly larger than the size you want the finished treats to be. This will ensure that the treats are easy to remove from the baking pan and hold their shape when cooled. Also, be sure to press down firmly with the cookie cutter to get clean, even edges. Finally, if you want to make a larger batch of treats, you can double the recipe and use a larger baking pan.
