Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or paella pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the chopped onions, garlic, and bell peppers to the pan and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
- Add the smoked paprika and salt to the pan and stir to combine.
